擺動式液壓缸

缸筒和缸蓋
一般來說,缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)和(he)缸(gang)(gang)蓋(gai)的(de)(de)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)形式(shi)和(he)其使(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)材料有關。工(gong)作壓(ya)力p<10MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)鑄鐵(tie);p<20MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)無縫(feng)(feng)鋼管;p>20MPa時(shi)(shi),使(shi)用(yong)鑄鋼或(huo)鍛鋼。法蘭連(lian)接(jie)式(shi),結(jie)構(gou)(gou)簡單,容(rong)(rong)易加工(gong),也(ye)容(rong)(rong)易裝(zhuang)拆,但(dan)外形尺寸(cun)和(he)重(zhong)量都(dou)較(jiao)大,常(chang)用(yong)于鑄鐵(tie)制的(de)(de)缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)上(shang)。半環連(lian)接(jie)式(shi),它(ta)的(de)(de)缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)壁(bi)部因開了(le)環形槽而(er)削弱了(le)強(qiang)度(du),為(wei)此有時(shi)(shi)要(yao)加厚缸(gang)(gang)壁(bi),它(ta)容(rong)(rong)易加工(gong)和(he)裝(zhuang)拆,重(zhong)量較(jiao)輕,常(chang)用(yong)于無縫(feng)(feng)鋼管或(huo)鍛鋼制的(de)(de)缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)上(shang)。螺紋連(lian)接(jie)式(shi),它(ta)的(de)(de)缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)端部結(jie)構(gou)(gou)復雜,外徑(jing)加工(gong)時(shi)(shi)要(yao)求保證內(nei)外徑(jing)同心,裝(zhuang)拆要(yao)使(shi)用(yong)工(gong)具,它(ta)的(de)(de)外形尺寸(cun)和(he)重(zhong)量都(dou)較(jiao)小,常(chang)用(yong)于無縫(feng)(feng)鋼管或(huo)鑄鋼制的(de)(de)缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)上(shang)。拉桿連(lian)接(jie)式(shi),結(jie)構(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)通用(yong)性(xing)大,容(rong)(rong)易加工(gong)和(he)裝(zhuang)拆,但(dan)外形尺寸(cun)較(jiao)大,且較(jiao)重(zhong)。焊接(jie)連(lian)接(jie)式(shi),結(jie)構(gou)(gou)簡單,尺寸(cun)小,但(dan)缸(gang)(gang)底處內(nei)徑(jing)不易加工(gong),且可能引起變形。
、液(ye)壓缸低速(su)爬行的現象
液壓缸(gang)的(de)活塞(sai)桿在油壓的(de)作用(yong)下(xia)伸出或縮回時(shi),經(jing)常出現速(su)度(du)不(bu)均勻(yun)現象,并(bing)有時(shi)伴(ban)有振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)和異(yi)響,從(cong)而(er)引起整個液壓系統的(de)振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong),并(bing)帶動(dong)主機(ji)其它部件(jian)振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong),在主機(ji)調試過(guo)程中經(jing)常出現,有時(shi)速(su)度(du)快了,這種(zhong)(zhong)現象會減輕。除(chu)因液壓系統管路引起這種(zhong)(zhong)現象以外,液壓缸(gang)自身產生(sheng)的(de)振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)也經(jing)常引發此類(lei)現象。
原因分析
液壓缸(gang)有(you)桿(gan)腔(qiang)和無桿(gan)腔(qiang)存有(you)氣體(ti)(ti)而產(chan)生的(de)低速(su)爬行,由于氣體(ti)(ti)混在液壓油(you)中(zhong),在壓力的(de)作用下(xia),容器內體(ti)(ti)積變化,在高壓作用下(xia)甚至發(fa)生氣體(ti)(ti)瞬間,從而引起液壓缸(gang)的(de)速(su)度(du)不穩(wen)定。
